SVZ is a business group of Döhler GmbH. Due to the expansion of our product portfolio and growth ambitions, we are searching for a Growth Officer at our location in Breda. In this role you will play a key part in driving strategic initiatives, accelerating growth and translating ideas into concrete, cross-functional programs.

 

Growth Officer (40 hours)

Job Overview:

As Growth Officer you will operate at the intersection of strategy, innovation and execution. You will identify growth opportunities, lead strategic programs and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. This role requires a structured thinker with strong stakeholder management skills and a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • You identify, develop and prioritize growth initiatives aligned with SVZ’s strategic objectives.
  • You lead and manage cross-functional programs from concept through execution, ensuring milestones, timelines and outcomes are achieved.
  • You translate strategic ambitions into concrete roadmaps, business cases and action plans.
  • You collaborate closely with Commercial, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to drive growth projects forward.
  • You monitor progress, manage risks and report on results to senior management.
  • You continuously improve ways of working around project and program management within the organization.
  • You actively contribute to innovation and portfolio development initiatives.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a growth, strategy, program management or consulting role, preferably within FMCG, food ingredients or a production environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Dutch, Polish and Spanish are a plus.
  • A proactive, structured and independent working style, combined with a strong team spirit.
