JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective 

The Inside Sales Support Coordinator has an extended role to coordinate sales support for entire Customer Groups, mainly Global Accounts and Regional Accounts, They will align with Global responsible Account Managers on the sales strategy and provide clear guidelines and directions for Inside Sales Support specialist assigned to related Global or Regional Accounts.This role is located in New Jersey, North Brunswick

1.    Apply the divisional strategy within the area of responsibility
2.    Integrating new employees into the workflow and team. Promote team spirit.
3.    Ensure optimal information exchange within the team and with the interfaces.
4.    Setting impulses for continuous standardization and optimization of processes and organizational structures as well as implementation of corresponding measures in coordination with the manager.
5.    Contributing ideas and implementing the digital transformation in the area of responsibility. Coordinating and implementing digitization projects in cooperation with the interfaces. Optimizing and mapping new and existing business processes in the digital databases and systems.
6.    Adhere to approved budget and initiate appropriate action on impending and identified variances in coordination with manager.
7.    Comply with legal requirements and internal regulations.
8.    Documenting efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems.
9.    Supporting Global Account Responsible (Level 1) as well as Account managers (Level 2) along entire Lead-to-Cash process of the customer group 
10.    Processing samples on time, considering the throughput and delivery times, optimum number of samples and costs, in collaboration with the colleagues responsible in Sales
11.    Preparing quotations, contracts and price agreements for G or R Account Level 1 quickly in collaboration with Pricing and based on agreed minimum order quantities, extra packaging charges, payment, delivery conditions etc.
12.    Sharing information with entire group of ISS Specialists in other countries, assigned to the Customer Group
13.    Fulfilling administrative tasks to support Global responsible Account Managers, including Forecast accu-racy monitoring for the Customer Group 
14.    Continuously updating customer master data, considering Territory Management aligned with Area Heads
15.    Regularly monitoring ADP & Actions of account, as well as opportunity pipeline, contracts, orders, pay-ment and delivery conditions, payment receipts and complaints and preparing corresponding customer-specific reports on Group Level 1 
16.    Organizing and supporting internal and external customer visits in consultation with the departments in-volved
17.    Proactively managing overdue payments on Customer Headquarters level to support cashflow
18.    Following up on customer complaints in collaboration with Notification Management and in consultation with the colleagues responsible in Sales and Quality
19.    Integrating new employees into the workflow and team. Promote a global Account Team spirit.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and fax machines. Employees may work remotely on a permanent or temporary basis.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours may vary on occasion depending on workload.This role is located in New Jersey (North Brunswick)

Required Qualifications 
1.    Experience in sales operations
2.    Excellent communication skills
3.    Ability to multitask

 

Preferred Qualifications 
1.    Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, business or technical would be an advantage
2.    Food and beverage market or chemical industry experience
