JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle recruiting process across manufacturing and commercial roles. This role will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and support our business and growth initiatives.
Essential Functions

- Support Döhler North America’s talent acquisition vision and development efforts.
- Independently manage the full-cycle process for hourly roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute an effective recruitment strategy.
- Build strong and diverse pipelines by engaging passive candidates and leveraging referrals.
- Conduct weekly and bi-weekly meetings with respective hiring managers to provide recruiting updates.
- Coordinate the onsite interview process.
- Establish relationships with local colleges and community organizations to create awareness and recruit talent.
- Guide hiring managers through the interview process to ensure fair and consistent process.
- Provide feedback to candidates within a timely manner to create a positive candidate experience.
- Initiating talent acquisition improvements.
- Comply with legal requirements and internal regulations.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Hours may vary on occasion depending on work load. This role is located in our Princeton, NJ office and is an onsite role.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of in-house recruiting experience
- Experience conducting competency and behavioral based interviews
- Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Experience recruiting within the food, flavor or ingredient industry
Preferred Qualifications
- College/University recruitment experience preferred
