JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The Head of Pricing manages product pricing in accordance with pricing model and policies. The Head of Pricing creates Doehler NA’s pricing strategy and Iimplements pricing to optimize Doehler NA’s product margin by balancing competitiveness and margin opportunities.
Essential Functions

1. Implementation of pricing strategies, models and policies in accordance with regional BU/Product Groups
2. Train new Pricing Team members on pricing process and systems. Perform continuous improvement training as new processes and/or systems are released.
3. Represent subject matter expert on pricing process including cost structure, margin expectations, and customer relations.
4. Ensure an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces.
5. Develop and lead pricing projects with the company’s IT and other stakeholders.
6. Support in price negotiations offers and contract management
7. Ensure pricing lead on strategic tenders and customer projects
8. Evaluate market, customer and competitor developments and adjust pricing strategies as needed

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Hours may vary on occasion depending on work load. This role will be located in Princeton, NJ

Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
2. 5+years’ experience in Accounting/Finance
3. 3+ years’ experience as Pricing Manager
4. Management, team leader, or mentorship experience
Preferred Qualifications
1. SAP experience
2. Experience in FMCG or Pharma Industries
