Your Role

  • You support defined areas within the Group Functions in planning processes, operational target setting and the integrated forecasting process

  • You will work on the KPI-based, integrated business management and develop it further together with the team and colleagues (m/f/d)

  • You support regular performance reviews with the regions / legal entities, help to determine risks and potentials and help to design measures for business optimization

  • You are an active business partner (m/f/d) for Group Management as well as for the Executive Board, Regional Management and the global finance organization regarding all business management issues

  • You are involved in digitalization projects and actively drive the optimization of the integrated planning and forecasting process as well as the implementation of the front-end strategy in the Group Management area

 

Your Profile

  • You would like to have already gained some professional experience in (corporate) controlling 

  • You have successfully completed your studies in economics, or comparable 

  • You want to control and influence and not only create reports

  • You quickly understand complex issues, think clearly and analytically and contribute innovative ideas 

  • Using and working with Microsoft Office and SAP is part of your daily business

  • You are characterized by creative drive, strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels and assertiveness

  • Your working languages are German and English
