Your role

  • You are a proactive business partner for the management, executives as well as HR business partners on the topic of global HR controlling
  • You develop HR controlling (concept, content, architecture, systems, processes) with passion and ownership
  • You want to take HR reporting along the Recruit to Retire process to a new level of digitalization
  • As a Business Partner you provide financial insights and analysis to the management in order to support strategic HR initiatives and decision-making
  • You regularly analyze personnel costs with regard to control options, structure and optimization potentials 
  • You are responsible for managing the global headcount and personnel cost planning within the annual budget process 
  • You drive the integration between HR Forecast and Finance Forecast
  • You will support the further development and implementation of target group-specific performance-oriented compensation models

 

Your profile

  • You have several years of professional experience in operational controlling, knowledge of personnel controlling is desirable
  • You have a technical affinity and ideally a profound knowledge of SAP modules (SAP HR, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud) as well as MS Office (especially Excel)
  • You are proactive, show the will to shape things and are a communication talent 
  • You are able to think cross-functionally and collaborate with other departments (e.g. Supply Chain Controlling, Accounting and IT)
  • You stand out through entrepreneurial thinking and strong analytical skills
  • You are a winning personality and have an engaging manner
  • Your working languages are English and German
