"Digital First" is one of our most important business objectives and a key driver of our operational and financial performance. Under the umbrella of Döhler Digital Solutions (DDS), our global IT team at the main sites in Darmstadt (Germany), Pune (India) and Istanbul (Turkey) is working together with our business functions on digital solutions to make Döhler the digital leader in Plant Based Nutrition.

 

Your role

  • Development of strategies and concepts for master data management and master data integration in digital transformation projects for Business partner and/or Material master

  • Consulting on the organization and implementation of Master Data Governance processes in international organizations

  • You gently drive the conversion and implementation of our SAP data structure with a strong change character, including administration, customizing and documentation

  • Planning and implement of innovative solutions, MDM best practices & tools, Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution

  • Designing of data workflows and user interfaces in SAP-based IT environments

  • Ensuring and constant monitoring of the data quality and the taking of appropriate measures

  • Partial or project management of Master Data Management projects (depending on previous professional experience)

 

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in (industrial) engineering, economics, (business) informatics or comparable

  • You describe yourself as a specialist in MDM, data governance, data quality and data migration and have already proven this in the past

  • You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and S4HANA (and ideally familiar with processes, e.g. development-to-production, order-to-cash, source-to-pay)

  • You are passioned for data in general, and interested in master data and desire and ability to understand business processes

  • Interest / experience in the use and implementation of MDM technologies and solutions

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, high IT affinity, passion for new technologies and their meaningful use in companies

  • Very good German and English language skills
