Your Role

  • Develop an integrated CX strategy as well as new interdisciplinary concepts and supervise the implementation
  • Make UX adjustments and push digital transformation in CX environment
  • Evaluate and apply UX customizations and functionalities for a sustainable increase in value contribution
  • Initiate, lead and manage projects to optimize our global CX landscape and supervise rollouts of new concepts, systems components and processes
  • Define the programming and customizing requirements for the software development and supervise customizing, testing and acceptance
  • Implement and ensure an optimal information exchange within the department and with the interface
  • Be responsible for the efficient and effective implementation of the processes in the CX relevant IT systems as well as their documentation
     

Your Profile

  • Several years of professional experience possibly with team responsibility in digital marketing and / or the CX environment, ideally in a B2B context
  • Master degree in Business Administration or similar studies background
  • Strong understanding how customer insights and preferences are tackled on digital territory
  • Experienced in techniques of digital sales, relationship marketing and digital advertising are an advantage
  • Experience with CX, IT systems (e.g. SAP or similar systems world) and a strong technical understanding
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience in project management
  • Open minded team player with talent and spirit to work with groups and projects in a highly functional and cultural diverse environment
  • Fluent in English and German
