Your role:
• You manage and prioritize the customer order portfolio
• You monitor the order confirmation process and service level performance (On-time In Full)
• You are responsible for internal coordination via Service Cloud for relevant cases (price missing, master data/customer master data issues, order according to delivery time, etc.)
• You coordinate with the internal sales force and the sales teams on customer-related operational issues and communication (self-collection, MOT changes, physical flow of goods, customer-specific requests, etc.)
• You are responsible for the order backlog (positions and value) as well as delivery backlog management (lines and value)
• You will be the point of contact for inquiries and issues raised by internal stakeholders and end customers
 
Your profile:
• Relevant professional experience in customer service
• Successfully completed training as an industrial clerk or comparable commercial qualification
• Excellent knowledge of German, other language skills such as English are advantageous
• Good MS Office knowledge, ideally knowledge of SAP
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as very good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability, flexibility and resilience
