Your Role

  • You are responsible for the data-based modeling and analysis of the business processes of the DoehlerGroup
  • You identify improvement potentials in the process flows and drive the digitisation and automation of thebusiness processes further
  • You use process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) to build up and implement analyses for process improvement
  • You succeed in generating key knowledge by systematically building up and evaluating data-drivenanalyses
  • You drive forward the realisation of process improvements and contribute to development requirements andtechnical implementation
  • You actively accompany the implementation of the improvement processes you have initiated and providetrainings
  • You actively work on deriving insights from large raw data sets with mathematical data queries that help thebusiness to generate a value proposition

 

Your Profile

  • You have a strong economic and technical understanding and have already been able to apply thissuccessfully in a similar role
  • You have successfully completed your studies in (Business) Computer Science, Engineering, (Business)Mathematics, Business Informatics, or similar
  • You have strong IT affinity and (first) knowledge in programming and database handling (SQL)
  • First experiences with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) or Data Processing are beneficial
  • Ideally, you have gained first experience in project and process management in an industrial company
  • You are characterized by your analytical approach as well as a high creative will and your implementationcompetence
  • Very good German and English skills complete your profile
