Your Role

• In the context of your challenging role, you will be responsible for developing innovative dry beverage and supplement products, including powder formulations, effervescent tablets and instant drinks, in line with market trends and consumer needs.
• You will formulate new recipes and improve existing formulations independently, ensuring the highest standards of quality, taste and functionality.
• Your responsibilities include conducting application trials, pilot plant trials and sensory evaluations to optimize product performance and stability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, sales and quality assurance to ensure successful product launches.
• Manage projects from concept to commercialization, including ingredient selection, product development, process optimization and scale-up.
• Collaborate with customers to drive innovative solutions and independently organize and conduct customer workshops.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies and regulations in the food and beverage industry.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry or a related field.
• First experiences in product development is preferred, ideally within the dry beverages or supplements sector.
• Creative mindset with a passion for new product development.
• You are known for your positive and innovative personality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of raw materials, formulation techniques and processing methods.
• Experience with sensory evaluation and product testing.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
