Your Job

  • Plan and run digital marketing campaigns (B2B) through digital channels and tools from start to end
  • Select the right mix of channels to create new leads to support our sales teams (web, SEO/SEM, eMail, social media, display advertising)
  • Manage campaigns across different languages and markets together with regional and local teams across the globe
  • Enable our products to reach a broad audience at customers and markets
  • Make sure to have a filled pipeline in all regions in all relevant channels to push our product topics to the next level
  • In collaboration with Business Units and Marketing you collect content, design and tools and use it for the campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or Master degree in "Media Management", "Business Administration" or any marketing related studies
  • Relevant professional experience with marketing campaign managment B2B or B2C
  • Expert in leading digital omni-channel campaigns from conception until execution
  • Digital affinity with a broad know-how about current marketing tools and strategies
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills while working with multi-national teams and departments
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Fluent in english and german
