Your role
• You develop and implement strategies to optimize energy consumption in our production facilities
• You analyze and evaluate existing energy supply systems and identify opportunities for improvement
• You work with other headquarters functions and locations, especially production and maintenance, to develop and promote energy-efficient processes
• You monitor and analyze energy data, prepare reports and presentations for management
• You participate in projects to introduce new technologies and processes in the field of energy efficiency
• You train employees in energy-efficient working methods

 

Your profile
• You have a degree in environmental and energy management, mechanical engineering, process engineering or a comparable engineering science
• You have relevant professional experience in energy management in a production company
• You have a good knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations in the field of energy efficiency (e.g. ISO 50001)
• Ideally, you have experience in using energy management software
• You have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary manner
• You show initiative and work independently
• Your working language is German and English (spoken and written)
