As Finance Business Partner you are the interface between Finance and our largest Business Unit, Plant Based Nutrition, and thus the wingman of the Chief BU Officer.

Your Role    

• You will analyze financial data and trends to support the business unit in making decisions. To this end, you will prepare budget analyses, forecasts, etc. as required.

• You will monitor the financial performance of the business unit, help setting KPIs and developing measures to improve efficiency and profitability.

• As part of the annual planning process, you set the budgets together with the BU - you review these regularly throughout the year and initiate countermeasures if necessary.    

• You will analyze cost structures, identify opportunities to reduce costs or increase efficiency and work on improving financial processes and systems

• Together with the business unit, you will develop long-term business strategies and prepare the relevant input from the finance side.

• You regularly prepare financial reports and presentations for the management to communicate the financial situation and progress in the implementation of strategies.

Your Profile    

• You have several years of experience as a Finance Business Partner, ideally in the process industry

• Your expert knowledge is based on a successfully completed degree in economics with a specialization in finance or similar

• You understand the interrelationships within Finance and have already familiarized yourself with various areas    

• Your excellent analytical and strategic skills enable you to use data effectively and prepare business decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to motivate and influence stakeholders

• You want to make things happen and have a strong can-do attitude

• Your working languages are English and German
