Your role

  • You actively support defined areas within Group Functions company-wide in planning processes, operational target setting, and integrated forecasting processes
  • You want to take financial steering to a new level and actively work on the future steering system of the company
  • You work on KPI-based, integrated business control and further develop it together with the team and colleagues
  • You support regular performance reviews with regions/legal entities, assist in determining risks and potentials, and design measures for business optimization
  • You are an active business partner for the Group Management area as well as for the Executive Board, regional management, and the global finance organization regarding all questions related to business controlling
  • You are involved in digitalization projects and actively drive the optimization of the integrated planning and forecasting process as well as the implementation of the front-end strategy in the Group Management area

 

Your profile

  • You bring along professional experience in (Corporate) Controlling or Accounting
  • You have successfully completed your studies in economics or a related field
  • You want to steer and exert influence rather than just create reports
  • You quickly grasp complex matters, think clearly and analytically, and contribute with innovative ideas
  • The use of Microsoft Office and SAP is part of your daily routine
  • You are characterized by a willingness to shape, strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels and assertiveness
  • Your working languages are German and English
