Your Tasks:

• You take over all HR topics "end-to-end" within a firmly defined support area
• As a central contact person, you advise and support managers and employees in all personnel-related issues 
• You are responsible for recruiting from the first briefing to applicant management and contract signing
• In coordination with our Center of Excellence, you support the further development of our employees 
• You build a trusting collaboration with managers, employees as well as your HR colleagues and stakeholders
   

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed your studies, for example in the field of business administration, a humanities or social science or comparable
• You have first HR-relevant experience (e.g. in recruiting, personnel support) as well as a hands-on mentality 
• You are looking for a broad task and want to think outside the box
• Your passion for working with people makes it easy for you to conduct challenging conversations confidently and respectfully
• You enjoy to work results-oriented and independently on your topics in a structured manner
• Your working language is German, good English skills complete your profile
