Your role:
• You are responsible for our engineering department at a global level and manage our global engineering projects from the development of technical solutions to implementation within the locations
• You are responsible for the global standard for site master plans and coordinate the master plan individually for each plant together with the regional engineering teams
• You develop the global Capex plan and control the global Capex budget together with your counterpart from the global finance organization
• You drive improvements and standardization in the area of maintenance
• Together with your team, you will collect best practices for technical processes at our global production sites and develop and evaluate options for the global implementation of existing processes. You set globally valid standards and take individual technical, product-specific and legal requirements into account
• Together with an international team, you will work on continuous improvement of our processes and advise the Döhler manufacturing locations worldwide
Your profile:
• You have completed a degree in process, production or food technology, mechanical engineering or comparable
• You have several years of experience in engineering in the food industry
• You have extensive knowledge of food production technology and digital production tools
• In project management, you have proven your skills in large projects
• You have leadership experience
• You are able to quickly decipher complex issues and have a strong conceptual and analytical way of working
• Your profile is rounded off by very good English skills
