We are looking for a motivated Industrial Engineer (MTM) / MTM Practitioner (m/f/d) to help us optimize manufacturing processes and take efficiency to the next level.
Your Role:
- Analyze and optimize production processes using MTM methods (Methods-Time Measurement).
- Conduct time studies and develop efficient workflows.
- Develop process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Design workstations and production layouts based on ergonomic and production-related requirements.
- Train and coach employees in the application of MTM and other optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from production, quality assurance, and logistics to implement and ensure the success of optimizations.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- MTM Practitioner certification (MTM-1, MTM-UAS, or similar).
- Several years of experience in process analysis and optimization, ideally with knowledge of time management.
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems.
- Good command of both German and English, spoken and written.
