Your Role

  • As an expert in your field, you advise and support the groupwide departments in all legal matters with a focus on corporate law
  • You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts on your own initiative
  • If required, you will work on topics from other areas of law and be prepared to familiarize yourself with these areas
  • You are responsible for handling claims and insurance issues
  • You will work closely with Sales, Purchasing and Customer Service
  • You monitor and control compliance processes and actively participate in compliance-critical business decisions
  • You actively and continuously implement strategies for structuring the legal framework, securing legal positions and managing corporate activities
  • You work on projects, e.g. on the topic of DSGVO

Your Profile

  • You have already gained (initial) professional experience in an industrial environment
  • You have successfully completed your legal studies (1st and 2nd state examination)
  • You have a strong economic understanding and a balanced risk awareness
  • You are able to formulate precisely and convincingly
  • You have a flair for dealing with compliance and legal matters and have already been able to apply your knowledge in practice
  • You are characterized by your ability to prioritize and to act pragmatically and hands-on when needed
  • Your working method is meticulous and you have an analytical understanding of complex interrelationships
  • Your appearance is confident, you are characterized by strong communication and assertiveness skills as well as strong negotiation skills
  • Your working languages are German and English (other languages desirable)
