Your Tasks

  • Assist in Lean Process Improvement Projects: Support the implementation of Lean tools and techniques to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline processes
  • Analyze and Track KPIs: Assist in monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas needing optimization
  • Support Documentation and Reporting: Aid in preparing and updating documentation related to Lean projects, tracking the status of improvements and results
  • Prepare and Deliver Lean Training Sessions: Assist in creating and presenting Lean training materials to help spread Lean thinking and methodologies across teams
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside team members from different departments to support the implementation of Lean solutions in daily operations

 

Your Skills

  • Academic Background: Studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Process Management, or a related field
  • Interest in Lean Methodologies: A passion for process optimization and efficiency, with a desire to learn more about Lean practices (familiarity with tools like 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis is a plus)
  • Process-Oriented Mindset: A keen interest in analyzing processes and improving workflows
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment
  • Structured and Responsible: A structured approach to tasks with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German is required; additional languages are a plus
