Project Description:

As part of a global initiative to strengthen our commitment to health and safety, we are seeking dedicated support to help drive this important project forward. The goal is to develop a clear, structured overview of the current safety performance at our production sites worldwide. By assessing and categorizing each site according to its level of safety maturity, we aim to highlight strengths, identify focus areas, and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Methodology:

The assessment will be carried out using the following methods:

• Survey and Questionnaires: Gathering employee feedback on health and safety practices.
• Interviews and Focus Groups: Conducting in-depth discussions with key personnel to gain valuable insights.
• Document Reviews: Reviewing health and safety records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Benchmarking: Comparing practices against industry standards and best practices.

Your tasks

• Supporting the creation and execution of surveys and interviews.

• Analyzing and interpreting the collected data.

• Documenting and reporting findings and insights.

• Assisting in the preparation of a structured report for management.

• Collaborating closely with the global EHS team and other stakeholders.

Your profil

• Completed bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a master's degree in engineering, safety management, hazard control or health and safety. 
• Initial project work experience is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams.
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style.
• Excellent English skills (German language skills an advantage).

• 6-9 months
