Your Role

• In this position, you will support the development of new dairy products

• You will create product samples based on predefined recipes

• You will actively contribute to shaping the product during tastings

• In addition to hands-on tasks in the lab, such as preparing fruit preparations or conducting quality checks, maintaining formulations is also a key part of your work

• Your workday is diverse, balancing lab activities with meetings alongside your colleagues

• You will be responsible for organizing raw material inventory and maintaining lab tools and equipment

• To ensure optimal traceability, you will document development results in the project management system

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a laboratory technician, food technology specialist, pastry chef, or have a comparable qualification

• Ideally, you already have initial professional experience in the food industry

• You stand out for your strong communication and teamwork skills

• Your way of working is characterized by responsibility, excellent organization, and precision

• You approach challenges with a results- and success-oriented mindset

• Your English skills are at a good level
