The position is to be filled for a limited period of 18 months.

 

Your role

  • As part of your job, you will support the development of new products in the bakery and confectionery sector.
  • You work with a variety of different raw materials to create innovative products.
  • Producing samples of the latest developments is part of your daily tasks.
  • You have a varied daily work routine between the bakery, laboratory and meetings with your colleagues.
  • You test our products such as colors, flavors, textures, fruit powders and pieces, fruit concentrates, etc. in baked goods on a laboratory scale.
  • You support scale-up processes at our test facilities.

 

Your profile

  • You have completed training as a baker or confectioner.
  • You have initial relevant experience in food product development.
  • As a specialist in your field, you have an awareness of quality and hygiene as well as craftsmanship.
  • Your colleagues appreciate your positive, innovative and results-oriented nature.
  • Your organized and detailed way of working is complemented by your strong ability to work in a team.
  • You have knowledge of common MS Office applications (Word, Power Point, Outlook).
  • Your working languages are German and English.
