Your tasks

• You are in the lead in setting up, controlling, documenting and implementing (change) projects within the global Finance function: To do this, you work closely with the Finance Leadership Team and the management. You will report directly to the CFO.

• Your main goal is to shape the digital transformation within Finance. You will take a close look at our management and transactional finance processes to identify potential for optimization and end-to-end digitalization

• You bring all relevant stakeholders to the table and make optimization points transparent 

• You independently drive all excellence projects within the global finance organization

• You work on a solution together with those responsible and report on it regularly. You use innovative tools for implementation.

• You maintain compliance with legal requirements and regulations and support the identification and management of financial risks

Your profile

• You already have several years of experience in finance and process optimization topics

• You have a high end-to-end process understanding with the mental/processual ability to adapt to local variants

• You have sound knowledge of multi-project management in international companies and can successfully act as a change agent

• DMAIC knowledge is a matter of course for you – Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage 

• A degree in business administration forms the basis of your success

• You have a sound knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards and financial analysis methods.- You can communicate complex financial information clearly and are a team player.

• At best, you are familiar with the latest SAP Finance tools under S/4 Hana- Your working languages are English and German
