Your Responsibilities

  • As a Manager (m/f/d) Global Supply Chain Excellence on group level you define, lead, manage and deliver global digitalization, process optimization and organizational development cross functional projects for supply chain
  • You analyze existing and develop new best practice processes and organizational models in the areas of supply chain planning, order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay and production execution as well as their integration into the global supply chain template
  • You identify potential innovations, drive streamlining measures and automation within the E2E supply chain
  • You will continuously develop and implement the group supply chain standards and maintain them in our Döhler Operating System, with the goal of building a data and a process driven structure for end-to-end supply chain
  • You focus on developing a continuous improvement mindset within the Supply Chain teams
  • You provide support to build end to end supply chain strategy and transformation roadmap for respective supply chain functions
  • You jointly define, develop and deploy cohesive project programs as well as plans with identifiable critical path, task dependencies and major milestones
  • You manage the approved plans and schedules, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters


Your Profile

  • You have a Master's degree in a technical or business field and have already gained professional experience in Supply Chain Operations and project management in an international company in a multi-cultural environment
  • Focusing on supply chain management, you have acquired a good overview of S&OP, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Customer Service and Production Execution over the last few years
  • With your ambitious approach to challenges you support different departments within Supply Chain in delivering critical improvement and transformation projects
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills and are able to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
  • Your quick combination skills helps you to familiarize yourself with new projects and support the departments in an advisory capacity
  • With your proactive communication style you are able to convince different stakeholders and groups even in difficult situations
  • You have in-depth knowledge of relevant SAP modules and solutions
  • You have very good communication skills in English, German skills are an advantage
