Your Role

"Digital First" ist eines unserer wichtigsten Geschäftsziele und ein wesentlicher Treiber für unsere operationelle und finanzielle Performance. Unter dem Namen Döhler Digital Solutions (DDS) arbeitet unser globales IT-Team an den Hauptstandorten Darmstadt (Deutschland), Pune (Indien) und Istanbul (Türkei) gemeinsam mir den Business-Funktionen an digitalen Lösungen um Döhler zum Digital Leader in Plant Based Nutrition zu machen.

Digitization is more than just a buzzword for you - together with the team, you want to drive forward the digital transformation of the Döhler Group, contribute ideas and innovations and set impulses.
 

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the data-based modeling and analysis of the business processes of the Doehler Group 
• You identify improvement potentials in the process flows and drive the digitisation and automation of the business processes further
• You use process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) to build up and implement analyses for process improvement 
• You succeed in generating key knowledge by systematically building up and evaluating data-driven analyses 
• You drive forward the realisation of process improvements and contribute to development requirements and technical implementation
• You actively accompany the implementation of the improvement processes you have initiated and provide trainings 
• You actively work on deriving insights from large raw data sets with mathematical data queries that help the business to generate a value proposition
   

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in (Business) Computer Science, Engineering, (Business) Mathematics, Business Informatics, or similar
• You have a strong economic and technical understanding and have already been able to apply this successfully in a similar role
• You have strong IT affinity and (first) knowledge in programming and database handling (SQL) 
• First experiences with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) or Data Processing are beneficial  
• Ideally, you have gained first experience in project and process management in an industrial company 
• You are characterized by your analytical approach as well as a high creative will and your implementation competence
• Very good German and English skills complete your profile
