Your tasks

  • As a member of the Laboratory Management Team in the Analytical Science department, you are responsible for the further development and implementation of the laboratory's internal quality management system, taking into account Döhler's internal and general guidelines
  • You control quality testing in cooperation with other internal specialist departments
  • You support validations, participation in ring tests, internal audits and other internal laboratory processes in accordance with the requirements of quality management
  • You coordinate the production and review of internal laboratory documents and manage them according to your requirements
  • You maintain necessary documents in SAP and in the Döhler-wide document management system
  • You support the department in the continuous standardization and optimization of processes in terms of digitalization, costs, output and efficiency
  • You coordinate samples and inquiries to external laboratories and regularly update the contact details in our external network
  • You register and track the samples submitted for analysis via LIMS and support the evaluation of the KPIs
  • You are responsible for managing and ordering laboratory supplies and chemicals and monitoring them for quality and expiration dates


Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your studies in food chemistry or a comparable field with a focus on analytics (state examination, master's degree, diploma or PhD)
  • You have good knowledge of quality management and ideally have several years of professional experience in this area
  • You manage to adequately communicate topics and convince your conversation partners, even in difficult situations
  • Thanks to your open and communicative nature, you will quickly be able to build a professional and cross-departmental network
  • Your colleagues (m/f/d) appreciate your reliable, communicative and implementation-oriented way of working
  • You keep a cool head in stressful situations and show a high level of initiative
  • You have high organizational skills as well as very good analytical and conceptual skills
  • In addition to very good English skills, you are confident in common IT applications
