Your Role
• In your cross-functional role, you coordinate activities in Quality Management with global customers and support requirements with other Doehler group functions
• With your fully understanding of customer requirements and expectations, you support different internal stakeholders and Doehler plants on issues relating to customer satisfaction
• You support our plants on issue resolution (root cause analysis & corrective action) within the given timeframe and ensure customer acceptance on the outcome
• You drive analysis of customer satisfaction feedback, support and participate in developing action plans per customer
• In your role, you are responsible to support our plants in improving internal and customer specific KPIs and Free Of Complaints rates (FOC)
• You push forward and support to continuous quality improvement and operational excellence projects
Your Profile
• You have successfully completed your Bachelor or Master degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry or equivalent, and you have gained first experience in the food and beverage industry
• You are distinguished for your full understanding and detailed experience in quality excellence exercises as well as process/performance evaluations and follow the excellence principles of Root Cause Analysis
• You have good understanding on quality and food safety certifications as well as first experience with quality and food safety audits
• You have a good understanding & experience in leading complex projects
• With your result-oriented personality, you are interested to develop yourself in managing customer relationships
• You convince with your excellent communication and presentation skills
• Your business language is English (business fluent, written and spoken), another language is an advantage
• Your willingness to travel completes your profile and hold a valid drivers license
