Your Role
•    Being part of the global Market Segment Retail & e-Commerce team at Döhler offers you an exciting opportunity, developing business with Retail and e-Commerce customers as well as private label manufacturers
•    As a Market Segment Manager/ Category Manager Retail & e-Commerce you deal with private label beverage and food products, offering tailor-made B2C product concepts by making use of Döhler’s broad portfolio of natural B2B ingredients
•    You are responsible for the strategic development of the global Market Segment Retail & e-Commerce and strategy execution as part of your daily business
•    Developing the Market Segment strategy includes the definition of key performance indicators in line with the company’s target setting, market analysis, customer potential analysis, territory management as well as reporting tasks
•    Executing the strategy, you make use of customer marketing tools including analysis of private label assortments, benchmarking, market data analysis, trend scouting, product concept development and tastings, as well as creating customer presentations and presenting results in customer meetings
•    You can actively contribute to Döhler’s vision of becoming the technology driven leader in the industry, making use of various digital tools and developing new digital solutions
•    You are part of a cross-functional team, working closely with other Market Segments, Sales and Business Units

Your Profile
•    You have several years of relevant professional experience in the commercial field (sales, marketing, category management, product management), ideally in the food/beverage industry and/or retail industry
•    You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, Nutritional Science or comparable
•    You have been able to lead several complex projects and have a good understanding of Food & Beverage products
•    You think in a customer-oriented way and your hands-on mentality helps you to manage projects in terms of growing existing and new businesses
•    You have a structured, effective and independent way of working paired with a strong analytical approach and conceptual skills
•    You enjoy contributing to the implementation of innovative ideas through your creativity, passion, and commitment
•    You have an outgoing personality and experience working in matrix organizations (working cross-functionally)
•    You motivate other people through convincing and inspiring presentation skills
•    You are business fluent in German and English
