Your Role/Responsibilities

  • In the context of your challenging role, you will be responsible for developing base material formulations and applications within the alcoholic beverage sector, including beer, beer-mix beverages, cider, cider-mix beverages, spirits, and liqueurs.
  • Your responsibilities include selecting appropriate raw materials, serving as a consultant for internal and external inquiries, offering your expertise on existing products, and new product concepts.
  • You will independently create samples of our products.
  • As a part of a strong team, you will support new and existing customer projects and autonomously coordinate customer workshops.
  • You will collaborate closely with colleagues in specific market segments, thus contributing to the implementation of new trends.
  • Your role also entails considering food regulatory aspects.
  • Thanks to your expertise, you will provide technical and operational support for scale-up processes and within our pilot plant.

 

Your Profile

  • You have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in product development, particularly in the manufacturing, development, and marketing of beverages and food products.
  • You have successfully completed studies in brewing and/or beverage technology, food technology, or a comparable education (e.g., technician or brewmaster).
  • As a specialist in your field, you are highly familiar with the ingredients and technologies used.
  • Your colleagues appreciate your dynamic and results-oriented approach to taking on challenges.
  • You are known for your positive and innovative personality.
  • Your organized and detail-oriented work style is complemented by your teamwork and excellent communication skills.
  • You have gained experience with SAP during your previous roles.
  • Your working languages are German and English.
