Your Role

As an Expert for Production Steering (m/f/d) you work on the optimization of our global production footprint.

Your Responsibilities

• As part of performance management, you develop the global objectives for our production plants
• You analyze and optimize our production processes and capacities at all Döhler production sites worldwide (including benchmarking)
• You develop standards (e.g. Core Competencies, Make or Buy) for production, which you roll out globally
• You use digital tools (business intelligence, workflows) and agile project management techniques, develop production and resource forecasts as well as derive measures 
• You support the development of global initiatives in the area of production, roll out these strategies worldwide and create analyses and dashboards 
• Within New Product Introductions you are the single point of contact for the Supply Chain in collaboration with the BU's R&D, Sales and Quality 

Your Profile

• You have a degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, food technology, production engineering or comparable
• You are familiar with digital tools, project management and reporting dashboards in the supply chain environment
• You have successfully demonstrated your ability to interact with departments such as R&D, Sales and Quality
• You enjoy conceptual, analytical thinking and the design of efficient value chains with the help of digital tools
• You can inspire others with ideas and coordinate change processes
• Very good English skills complete your profile
