Your Tasks

  • You understand the requirements of our global HR community and promote efficient HR work in the group of companies through your innovative ideas in the area of HR process excellence & digitalization 
  • You design and implement agile processes and solutions and ensure that they run smoothly in practice
  • You design and optimize the HR processes and structures for the group, as well as individual sub-areas (regions) and use innovative digital solutions in the best possible way
  • One focus is on projects in the area of ​​HR Operations & Administration, for example on the subject of Time & Attendance and Global Payroll
  • You take responsibility in project management and actively drive the implementation of your solutions forward 
  • With your communication skills, you understand how to structure complex issues, communicate efficiently and bring about optimal decisions  
  • As a competent contact person you support the training and support of the global HR community
  • You will support Group HR in setting up and further developing efficient analytics and reporting solutions as well as ensuring optimal data quality in the IT systems

 

Your Profile

  • You are enthusiastic about the field of Human Resources, which you will further develop in the best possible way by continuously analyzing and optimizing processes
  • You have a degree and/or professional experience in the HR context, for example in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
  • In addition, you have sound experience in the optimization of HR processes and structures and have already successfully managed and implemented projects.
  • You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working, good analytical skills and a high process/system affinity
  • You are familiar with the SAP Successfactors Suite and ideally with other SAP solutions (SAP BW, SAP SAC).
  • Your working languages are German and English 
  • You have experience and methodology in process analysis and modeling (BPMN 2.0) / Operational Excellence methods desirable (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.)
