The position can be executed in one of the regions: North of Germany or around Darmstadt / Frankfurt as well as in Poland.
Your Role
You develop best practices in Lean Management, Process Automation and Excellence Manufacturing and implement them on the shopfloor level.
Your Responsibilities
- You build up modules that are tailored to the application on the shopfloor
- You lead workshops to applicate and roll-out Lean Principles and Kaizen
- You support our plants within your regional cluster
- You enable continuous improvement of production processes and ensure this through workshops and train-the-trainer concepts
- You assess our plants regarding their maturity levels in Lean Manufacturing and make suggestions for further improvement
Your Profile
- You have a degree in engineering, ideally mechanical engineering, food technology, process engineering or similar
- You have experience with continuous improvement processes in the production environment and have already implemented change processes leading to more agility
- With concepts such as Lean Management, TPM, Kaizen or Six Sigma you are familiar
- You are open-minded and enjoy working in different cultural environments
- Working with people and inspiring them is your passion
- You are willing to travel internationally
- Very good English skills complete your profile
