Your Role

As an experienced Supply Chain or Business Controller you will work in close cooperation with specific Supply Chain functions like Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Sourcing and Controlling to deploy the right supply chain strategy on Investments, Capital allocations, Network strategy, Manufacturing footprint and Make vs Buy. 

With your systematic way of working, addressing issues on a case-by-case basis, you also apply yourself to the continuous adaptation and optimisation of our processes, supporting the company’s ongoing growth.

Your Responsibilities

• You manage a Global Capital expenditure of more than € 200 Mn per year
• You define optimum product allocation strategies in the Global Manufacturing network
• 3rd Party manufacturing strategies are your responsibility (Make vs. Buy)
• You are the Go-To person in the group for all investment and allocation decisions
• You ensure that the decision making is financially and strategically accurate for the company
• To understand current status of approved projects, you engage with project managers
• You create strong reporting and tracking mechanisms for on-going projects 
• You work on post-investment analysis and profit calculation

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed your master’s degree in economics, finance or engineering
• You have gained at least 7 years of professional experience in controlling and business partnering
• Financial and Business acumen with confidence to make decisions
• You have the ability to work under high pressure, tight timelines 
• You are able to challenge senior leadership teams with facts
• Excellent command of English completes your profile, German is a plus
