Your tasks

• Support in the development of new flavors and flavor preparations within the scope of customer and innovation projects 
• Production of flavors, flavor preparations and flavor samples on a laboratory scale in consultation with the flavorist 
• Participation in the tasting and evaluation of flavorings 
• Documentation of development results in the project management system 
• Determination of analytical values and maintenance of product-specific master data in the SAP system 
• Organization of raw material stock-keeping and maintenance of the laboratory aids and analytical equipment used
• Processing of modification projects based on existing recipes in cooperation with the flavorist (after appropriate training)
   

Your profile

• Well completed training as a chemical laboratory assistant, PTA, CTA, food technician, or similar qualification, ideally first work experience in the food industry 
• Responsible, very well organized and accurate way of working 
• Interest in laboratory work and computers
• Ability to communicate and work in a team
• Result and success oriented attitude 
• Enjoy sensory tastings
• Very good knowledge of English 
• Good MS Office skills, ideally first SAP experience
