Your role:
- Oversee / coordinate and implement the company’s legal reporting requirements with particular focus on and human rights due diligence and compliance in supply chains and own operations.
- Drive and monitor company compliance with human rights legislation on local and EU level.
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies and programs that align with company goals.
- Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into business operations.
- Monitor and report on sustainability metrics, goals, and progress.
- Research and recommend best practices in sustainability initiatives.
- Engage employees through training and awareness programs to foster a culture of sustainability.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and regulatory bodies, on sustainability-related matters.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and innovations in sustainability.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sustainability initiatives, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience with human rights and supply chain due diligence programs and legislation (LkSG, CSDDD).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for human rights and sustainable practices.
