Your Role

• Support the department in achieving Döhler's innovation goals
• Actively participate in planning, implementing and monitoring current innovation programs
• Organize, prepare and follow up on project reviews
• Prepare content and results for internal communication
• Improve digital tools in the innovation process

Your Profile

• You are studying a subject in food science, process technology or a postgraduate program in innovation management and want to gain practical experience in food innovation
• You have a strong interest in solving problems and advancing projects
• You are characterized by initiative, motivation, teamwork, flexibility and a structured way of working
• You possess good communication skills in both German and English and can inspire people
• You have excellent knowledge of common Windows and MS Office applications, particularly in MS Exce
