Your Role

• Support in handling customer and innovation projects
• Analyze texture-giving dietary fibers regarding composition and functionality using predefined laboratory methods
• Assist in conducting process trials in the pilot plant
• Perform application tests of functional dietary fibers as ingredients in finished products
• Support in raw material inventory management in the lab
• Document and evaluate your work steps in our IT tools

Your Profile

• You are studying a food technology or food science-related field and want to experience hands-on product development
• You have a strong interest in active laboratory work
• Teamwork and flexibility are your top priorities
• You have good written and spoken German and English skills
• You are proficient in common Windows and MS Office applications
