Your role:

• You support the End-to-End Source-2-Pay execution

• You prepare and administer the onboarding of new suppliers and new catalogs to Ariba Guided Buying in our tool

• You support our global sourcing community and our suppliers during the onboarding process to the SAP Ariba Business Network

• You create and update reporting’s and PowerPoint presentations on a regular bases and

• You develop and improve training materials including the update of Doehler’s Operating System (DOS)

Your profile:

• You are currently completing your bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, (business) information technology or a similar subject

• You may have gained initial experience in industry as a working student, ideally in purchasing

• You have good knowledge of using Excel; PowerPoint; Word; Outlook, you may already have contact with SAP in practice

• You have good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
