Developer D&A

Optimally timed and qualitative processing of customer projects by adjusting existing products and recipes as well as developing new recipes (developed recipes, basic recipes, customer recipes) and applying existing raw materials. 

 Graduate in nutrition technology or corresponding education (e.g. food technology specialist) or Brew Master with experience in pilot plant at Brewery
 Minimun four years of experience in development / application of Beverages (preferred beer or alcohol) 

 Fluent in English

Main responsabilities:

§    Coordinate and work together with TPM and/or TCSA Manager regarding customer and application projects. 
§     Optimally timed and qualitative processing of customer projects (BTO) by adjusting existing products and recipes as well as    developing new recipes (developed recipes, basic recipes, customer recipes) and applying existing raw materials. 
§    Compliance with quality management and constant  §    Cost minimizing in the application and customer projects. 
§    Compliance with Good Development Practice guidelines from the Group GDP. 
§    Initiate Stability Tests and collaborate with pilot plant and sampling lab
§    Enter and Maintain Recipes in SAP/RD-light and in the EDP system (SAE) in coordination with the superior. 
§    Maintain product-specific master data in the EDP system in coordination with / handing over to Data Management. 
§    Provide information and data for the maintenance of recipe documentation for Data Management. 
§    Provide Sampling und Pilot Plant sample recipes and give advice in the sampling / scale-up.  
§    Assist and support first productions Internal and External
