Your Role:

General Building Blocks

  • Integrating new employees into the workflow and team. Promote team spirit.
  • Ensure optimal information exchange within the team and with the interfaces.
  • Initiating improvements.
  • Optimal and consistent use of digital systems and initiation of optimizations for end-to-end digitization of business processes.
  • Economic and cost-conscious action as well as responsible use of available resources.
  • Comply with legal requirements and internal regulations.
  • Documenting efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems.

Job Profile-specific Building Blocks

  • Main contact person for existing and new customers
  • Realization of customer projects in close cooperation with sales colleagues in the region
  • Providing of excellent customer service from "Lead to Cash"
  • Understanding of customer needs and proactive realization
  • Building a trusting and loyal customer relationship for long-term consistency
  • Openness to innovative sales concepts and active implementation in daily work
  • Application of digital systems in the best practice model and driving digitalization forward


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree of Business, Supply Chain or any relevant major
  • 2-4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Support
  • Food & Beverage Manufacturing, Packaging background is a plus
  • Fluent of English
  • Strong Communication skills
  • SAP experience is a plus
