Responsibilities:

  • Define and apply a yearly plan for the product groups (on B2B Level 3) in the field of responsibility on the basis of the BUDPA
  • Develop and implement an innovative, competitive, and economically sustainable product range in Azure on the basis of the business unit strategy (BUDPA) incl. the business development, supply chain, pricing, innovation and the overall growth initiatives. Drive the execution via BUDPA
  • Coordinate and collaborate with global product managers on the portfolio and business development actions while incorporating global BUDPA topics as relevant for the region
  • Manage the assortment with the product organization and the respective internal stakeholders within our global matrix organization.
  • Monitor revenue development and sales activities of the products in the field of responsibility in accordance with defined performance indicators (turnover, sales, market share etc.) and developing and conducting measures for improving the revenue situation in collaboration with Sales
  • Define success metrics and analyse customer feedback and product usage in order to feed that back into the product roadmap and product lifecycle management
  • Collaborate in regular meetings with the R&D, Market Segments, Pricing and Sales team to agree on the pricing strategy, product portfolio and supply chain topics with the respective teams. Conduct market and competition analysis supported by Market Intelligence concerning ingredients and concepts relevant to specific product groups
  • Support the sales team by actively engaging in customer visits, projects and briefings to share specific product and market knowhow as part of the LTO process
  • Communicate up-to-date and aligned portfolio updates on internal Media such as Portal incl. product portfolio displays and external Media on D-Portal in cooperation with Group Marketing
  • Conduct in-house trainings to foster a deeper understanding of the product portfolio and the positioning

Actively steer margin structure by product group and initiate adjustments in close collaboration with Pricing team (Stop-Swap) in PMT
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant discipline
  • 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Commercial position
  • B2B food manufacturing experience is a must
  • SAP experience is a plus
