Order Manager

Responsibilities / Tasks:

•Coordination with local Planning, Logistics & CS
•Monitor stock MTO w/o Sales order, reporting list of items to Group demand planning
•Monitor Order rejections/ cancellations + changes
•Monitor performance of process orders on time and delays
•Intercompany order management and requests
•Shortage Management & allocations to customers
•Coordination and Communication about service / SC Issues
•Transparency on Root Causes and initiate Corrective actions
•Backlog monitoring
•Daily open order monitoring
•Order confirmation performance
•Requested delivery date v/s committed date management.
•Giving Full Transparency on Root Causes and initiating improvement actions

Job Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree of Supply Chain or a relevant discipline.
•2-4 years of Experience within Supply Chain (Customer Service, Order management, Sales support).
•Preferably manufacturing background
•Excellent in English language.
•SAP knowledge is a plus.
