Responsibilities

• Reviewing supplier documents with purchasing team accordance to customs clearance instructions.
• Implementing data analysis and reports for import shipments with high efficiency and accuracy.
• Tracking shipments across different channels.
• Maintaining a good relationship & interaction with team members and clients, keeping company information private & confidential, responsibility in achieving company`s objectives.
• Settling all service provider invoices with continuous verification with finance team.
• Negotiating shipping rates and schedules with freight forwarders.
• Communicating directly on a daily basis with freight forwarders, Brokers in order to ensure efficiency and a time for delivery.
• Working cross-functionally with CS, planning, warehouse, and finance to identify improvement opportunities and implement successful changes.
• Issuing full set of documents of the shipments.
• Proficient knowledge, understanding and leadership for International Trade Compliance, identifying report and resolve any trade compliance issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent equivalent experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• not less than 2 years of experience within Logistics & Procurement

•  Limited time contract (One year)
•  SAP experience is a plus
