Your Role:
Our Treasury department is responsible for payment transactions, liquidity and financing management as well as the management of currencies and interest rate risks. In your new role, you will take on a variety of exciting tasks and strengthen our Group Treasury at our global headquarters in Darmstadt. In addition, you help shape the development of a digital treasury function for our global organization.
You will build a strong network within the organization and position yourself as a competent business partner for interface areas such as accounting, controlling, IT, our global subsidiaries and external stakeholders such as banks, auditors and FinTech’s.

Your Tasks:

• You support our international locations, affiliated companies and participations in all treasury issues
• You develop our Participation Reporting Package
• You implement financing projects within the group
• You optimize the capital structure of subsidiaries
• You further develop our risk management to control financial risk positions
• You analyze and model our key figures and processes to identify weaknesses and potential for improvement 
• You control group guidelines as well as compliance requirements and implement them

Your Profile: 

• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of economics, finance and accounting or similar
• You have very good knowledge in the area of corporate finance as well as experience in financing and foreign exchange management
• Ideally, you are familiar with accounting and tax implications as well as the framework conditions of financing transactions, or you have the desire to acquire this knowledge.
• You are a committed, open-minded team player with a high sense of responsibility
• You work in a structured, analytical and independent manner
• You are IT-savvy (Coupa formerly BELLIN or SAP S/4HANA and the relevant treasury modules)
• Business fluent English rounds off your profile
