Your Profile

  • Manage and coordinate engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring the execution of services in accordance with established safety, quality, and deadline standards.
  • Monitor the performance of engineering and maintenance teams, promoting continuous training and providing technical support whenever necessary.
  • Plan and manage investment projects (CAPEX), from conception to delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.
  • Lead and develop the engineering and maintenance team, fostering a collaborative, motivating, and high-performance work environment.
  • Evaluate team performance, provide constant feedback, and identify development and training needs.
  • Ensure clear, effective, and assertive communication between the engineering and maintenance teams, other departments within the company, and senior management.
  • Prepare and control the engineering and maintenance budget, ensuring the efficient use of financial resources.
  • Monitor and generate performance reports, proposing continuous improvements in operations.

 

 

Mandatory requirements.

  • Bachelors Degree or higher in Engineering
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Experience with improvement processes
  • Experience with SAP system
