Döhler Turkey is looking for an "HRBP" to be employed in our Istanbul Maltepe Office with the following qualifications;


Your Role

 

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support business goals,
  • Partner with HR centers of excellence to deliver comprehensive HR solutions in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development,
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives through the development and implementation of effective HR programs and policies,
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR best practices, employee relations issues, and performance management,
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making,
  • Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity,
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support career growth,
  • Executing onboarding, performance management, organizational development, disciplinary processes,
  • Collaborating with department managers to address business needs and create tailored solutions,
  • Supporting workforce planning and monitoring activities for partner departments in line with company goals,
  • Contributing to projects related to the Employee Life cycle process (Recruitment, Onboarding, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, HR Reporting).

 

Your Profile

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field,
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnering or HR consulting,
  • Both written and verbal communication skills in English,
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws,
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner,
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR priorities and initiatives,
  • Experienced at supporting Functional Leaders on HR processes within a complex, matrix organization,
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies,
  • Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and extreme flexibility to be proactive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
