Key Responsibilities 
-    Module Owner of SF Talent Management
-    Implementation of new SF features such as Talent Intelligence Hub including Rollout of Job Profile Builder, SF Attribute Library and AI features
-    Implementation of 360 degree and mentoring
-    Support and optimization of Talent Modules (PMGM, CPM, SCM, 3rd parties)
-    Consulting and configuration required for our Goal Management Process which includes Compensation 
-    Support in SF REC and/or SF ONB
-    Staying up to date with the latest innovations and identifying system enhancements to consult HR
Job Requirements: 
-    7+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Performance & Goals (CPM, 360, PMGM forms), Succession & Development
-    At least Two / Three end to end implementation of SF Talent Modules
-    Experience in Ad-hoc and Story Reports configuration for Performance & Talent.
-    Experience with JPB and TIH
-    5+ years of experience in REC or ONB
-    Good understanding of the Employee Central profile and its impact to Talent modules
-    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
-    Experience in stakeholder management, this includes consulting skills and business knowledge
-    Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
-    Organized and autonomous, being able to multitask and prioritize tasks
-    Team player with strong commitment to accomplish tasks and goals
