Manager IT Business Solutions

We are looking for a dedicated Manager IT Business Solutions (SAP SF- Time Mgmt) to join our team in Pune at Doehler HR department.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a project plan and timeline for the global rollout of SF Time Management and Time Tracking.
• Ensure alignment of Time Management projects with Payroll/Payroll projects.
• Design and implement effective time and leave management processes.
• Perform system testing and ensure the reliability of time management processes.
• Collaborate closely with global and local HR to design efficient processes.
• Bridge the gap between technical solutions and business processes to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Provide support for existing SF Time Off countries.

Job Requirements:

• 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SF, with proficiency in Time Management/Time Tracking and Employee Central.
• Experience with Reports Story is considered a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of business processes related to Time Management, Shift planning, and Payroll/Compensation.
• Minimum 3 rollout/support experiences in global SF Time Management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in an in-house consultant/client-facing role.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel as per business requirements.
• Preferably SAP SF certified.
