SAP FICO Teamlead IT Business Solutions

Job description
•    Should have minimum 16 years of experience in design and configuration of SAP S/4 HANA RTR processes with an understanding of basic ABAP required for functional debugging.
•    Should be well versed in demonstrated configuration skills in key areas like AR, AP, General Ledger, Asset, Accounting, Product Costing and COPA.
•    Must have done 1 implementation in S4 HANA environment.
•    Ability to write highly detailed functional specifications for outputs, interfaces, and custom functionalities.
•    Should actively communicate with Functional Business Process owners to understand and map business requirements.
•    Should be able to define business process solutions, configure and test the SAP system and document the business process design and configuration settings.
•    Must have managed a team of minimum 10-15 resources.
•    Must have project management experience.
•    Excellent Communication skills, Stakeholder engagement skills and understanding of cross-cultural environments.

Required Candidate profile
CA or MBA (Finance) with over 16 years of hands-on SAP experience is Preferable.
